Cultivate Growth

Collaborating with clients to inspire their creativity, and create action steps towards achieving their individual hopes and dreams

About Me.

Hello! My name is Heather, and I have been a registered nurse since 2015. Over the years, I have expanded my career to include nurse coaching and freelance writing. My experience has been primarily in the intensive care unit (ICU), but I have advanced my expertise in psychiatric nursing. Through my work as a nurse, I have seen first-hand how caring for ourselves has a profound impact on one’s overall health and well-being- mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I am on a journey to become the best possible version of myself, and I am passionate about helping others do the same. I am dedicated to helping people pursue their dreams and discover what fuels them. Through coaching and writing, I aim to inspire, support, and empower others, especially when it comes to self-care and mental health awareness. My goal is to empower others to cultivate growth and overcome challenges by providing the resources they need to reach their full potential. I look forward to this journey with you!
